Babay Girl Angel Shower Cake

Cupcake Class

Well my first cupcake class was last Saturday. It went well and we all had fun. I will schedule another class soon. I have a request for basic fondant instruction. Let me know what you are interested in and I will start planning classes.

Who you gonna call...GHOST BUSTERS!

This cake was a blast to make! Totally short notice but I love the way it turned out. It is chocolate fondant colored black. The ghost sign is fondant and the slime is thinned down royal icing. The little ghost on the top cupcake was done with gumpaste. The cupcakes have a mound of buttercream and then were covered with fondant. The little red signs are made with fondant. TFL!

June 27th- 4th of July Cupcake Project

It is decided for sure now. I will be doing a class for a 4th of July cupcake project on June 27th. It is $25 and that includes all your supplies. You will go home with a custom cupcake, two tips, pastry bag, cutters, and fondant so you can make more cupcakes for your 4th of July celebration!

June- the month for weddings!

Because June is the month for weddings I thought I would feature one of my favorite wedding designs! I call it "Retro Dots". The dots are all hand cut and put on individually. I also made the orchids with gum paste. The topper is made with beads and ribbon trims the cake for a perfect finish. TFL!
