This is my all time favorite chocolate wrap! I love the way it turned out. With that said- it took forever! Each peak was done separately and then allowed to dry before doing the next. The strawberries took a while too but the effort was definitely worth it! Thanks for looking.

Thanks! Send me your email address and I will send instructions on it. You basically wrap chocolate around the cake using acetate pieces and letting it set before you remove the acetate.
Kimberpeas- It was for a mountain wedding. I'll have to post a pic of the grooms cake. It is fairly abstract but definitely reminds me of snow capped mountains.
