Cupcake Giveaway Winning Flavor

The winning flavor was emailed to me from a local reader. It is pina colada filled with a coconut cream and topped off with sweetened whipped cream blended with pineapple. I thought that might be too much going on but it tasted great and is light and airy. Perfect for spring.
