Cake Central Magazine contacted me this summer and asked if they could include some of my work in their magazine! I obviously said yes. A cupcake display and small cake went into the August issue. HURRAY! It is so incredibly neat to see your own work published! Anyway, here are the two projects that were included. Hope you like them!

Hi my name is Svea and I have a cake decorating business from my home. A client of mine saw your cake with the green chocolate and the pink flowers and just fell in did I. I was wondering if you could tell me how you wrapped the chocolate without it breaking all the time. Did you use a dummy cake for a guide and then used delecate fingers to transfer. I hope you don't mind me asking. I understand if you do not want to divulge a secret. Thank you.
Look at my tutorial for the white chcolate wrap. It is the same basic process just drizzle chcolate instead of spreading it. Hope that helps.
